A large gym stocked with state-of-the-art equipment – including balancing, strengthening, cardio and resistance training machines – provides a base from which to work out, stretch and engage.

PELOTON BIKES
The PELOTON contains some of the world’s most interactive bicycle equipment. You can now measure the effectiveness of your ride using defined resistance and specific cadence at this amazing fitness center in Dubai. An instructor pushes you with guidance, energizing music DJ, and a variety of themed workouts. You can also compete with riders from all over the world as you climb your way to the top of the leaderboard.

The Health Club is open daily from 6.30 am until 10.00 pm. For our in-house guests who wish to work-out outside these hours, we offer a convenient self-service option. Simply visit our reception desk to obtain access keys for a seamless fitness experience at your preferred time.
